Hi, I’m Nicole.

I like to make things from secondhand materials. The limitations of using what’s already here inspires me creatively and motivates me, environmentally. And as much as I love creating, I also love people. Connecting with and creating connections for people is part of my purpose. Did you notice my logo is a flag? I’m part cheerleader too, and I’m already cheering for you.

We’re all here for a short time….. but you know what’s awesome? That we get to be here at the same time.

Thanks for reading and thanks for being here.

Tell me how I can help you.

Resource Assembly is new.

It’s the business I’m starting after 10 years of running Upcycle Parts Shop, a Cleveland social enterprise dedicated to creativity, reuse, community, relationships. Those are all still my jam (and that place is dreamy and worth checking out) but Resource Assembly is now centering on the people side of the work. Championing people, places & possibilities.

I know firsthand that it's hard to be good at leadership and also at recognizing people who make the magic happen. I used to carry around huge gratitude and big intentions, but my team didn't get the recognition that I didn't have the capacity to deliver.

I am designing Resource Assembly llc to assemble the resources not only for meaningful recognition of the people you value most, but also resourceful use of materials that already exist to make awards.

Sprinkle that with a desire to help you build community (not just customers) plus plans to share best practices of how we can all connect to one another more intentionally in our work, neighborhoods, and world.

It’s about elevation and celebration of who and what is already here.
